Becky & Julian's Wedding - Durham, NH

October 11, 2015  •  2 Comments

Surrounded by sales assistants featured on the popular TLC show, Becky was excited to say, "Yes To The Dress". She fell in love with the beautiful wedding gown designed by Pnina Tornai, with its full tulle skirt, short train, and crystal encrusted strapless bodice. Accented elegantly with a crystal headband upon a braided hair design by the bride. Becky's maid of honor and bridesmaids were three close girlfriends, who all flew in from Florida to be greeted with a crisp New Hampshire fall. They wore cranberry colored full length dresses that contrasted with the groomsmen's purple plaid shirts and grey suits. Fall foliage was just beginning to peak, and Becky and Julian's celebrations were also bursting with the colors of autumn. Bouquets were abundant with gold, orange and cranberry tones, each accented with yellow leaves. The rich fall tones were draw into the boutonnieres with orange roses and claret berries. The groom wore a plaid bow tie, with his grey suit, tenderly tied by the bride the night before their nuptials.

Ten years on from when the groom's aunt got married at the Three Chimneys Inn, Julian & Becky followed in their footsteps choosing this quaint venue for their wedding day. Nestled in the heart of Durham, NH they exchanged vows in the gardens of the Inn surrounded by family and friends. Officially Mr & Mrs, Julian & Becky walked down the aisle enveloped in bubbles, as they pumped the hands in successful joy. The reception was filled with more signs of fall. Guest were invited to leave a congratulatory message or words of wisdom for the newlyweds on fall leaves. The reception tables were abundant with autumnal arrangements and favors of strawberry preserve laid on cranberry napkins for each guest. Savage Garden's 'Truly, Madly, Deeply', set the atmosphere for their first dance as husband and wife. Edible leaves cascaded down the side of the birch bark cake made by Jacques Fine Pastries, personalized with the bride and groom's initials and a handmade cake topper, a nest of two owls, created by Julian's mother completed the design.

What a beautiful day - Congratulations to you both!
